EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT – KB@SERVICES
- Drafting and filing of administrative documents (letters, contracts, agenda management, etc.)
- Physical and digital archiving of documents
- Manage the switchboard, Ensure the reception of users
- Listen to customer complaints and report them to the hierarchy
- Carry out the tasks assigned by the manager
- Manage digital communities
- Also take care of the organization and coordination of internal and external information. This can sometimes be confidential information relating to the operation of the company.
- Call and prospect Via phone
- Research on the internet
- Manage correspondence from the company to other directors and department heads.
- Be Bilingual (French / English) good writing
- Mastery of the office package (Word, Excel, Powerpoint),
