EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT – SYNERGIE PHARMACEUTICAL GROUP

Company name  : SYNERGIE GROUPE PHARMACEUTIQUE, is looking for a MANAGEMENT ATTACHMENT.

Job title  Executive Assistant

Workplace  : Douala-port area

 

 

 

Missions  : as Executive Assistant your main missions will be:

• Management of the CEO’s agenda
• Tracking orders from suppliers abroad
• Physical and telephone reception of customers, suppliers or collaborators, visitors
• Writing emails, letters or meeting minutes
• Classification of matches; and mail management (archiving, sorting) as well as updating customer and supplier files.
• Master World, Excel, PowerPoint software.

Required profile:

Gender: male/female

Level of study: BAC+3 minimum in international trade, secretarial training

Age : 25/35 ans

Professional experience: 3 years minimum in a similar position

Language: French and English required
