EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT – SYNERGIE PHARMACEUTICAL GROUP
Company name : SYNERGIE GROUPE PHARMACEUTIQUE, is looking for a MANAGEMENT ATTACHMENT.
Job title Executive Assistant
Workplace : Douala-port area
Missions : as Executive Assistant your main missions will be:
- Management of the CEO’s agenda
- Tracking orders from suppliers abroad
- Physical and telephone reception of customers, suppliers or collaborators, visitors
- Writing emails, letters or meeting minutes
- Classification of matches; and mail management (archiving, sorting) as well as updating customer and supplier files.
- Master World, Excel, PowerPoint software.
Required profile:
Gender: male/female
Level of study: BAC+3 minimum in international trade, secretarial training
Age : 25/35 ans
Professional experience: 3 years minimum in a similar position
Language: French and English required
