JOB: Executive Secretary – A Higher Institute
EXECUTIVE SECRETARY – A HIGHER INSTITUTE
A local higher institute is looking for a management secretary for the needs of its services.
Mission :
The selected candidate will have the main tasks of:
- Independent organization of secretarial activities;
- Drafting emails, letters, reports and other administrative documents;
- The classification and archiving of files which are his responsibility;
- Managing the agenda of the manager or his hierarchy;
- Preparing trips for superiors or operational management;
- The organization of meetings on current affairs at the request of its hierarchy;
- Writing the report of each meeting she attends.
Interested candidates MUST meet the following criteria,
Skills :
- Skills in using office devices such as computers, printers, telephones;
- Good command of office software;
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills;
- Bilingual (Asset): good command of English and French – speaking, writing and reading (bilingual French speaker or bilingual English speaker)
- Training and experience as an office secretary
- Cordial, discreet and professional attitude;
- Excellent standing and beautiful presentation
- Predisposition to personal relationships
- Punctuality, precision and reliability
- Flexibility and dynamism
