JOB: Floor Supervisor – FAYA Hotel

• CAP hotel service;
• Experience acquired on the job or any other training in the field.

• Ability to place the customer at the center of their activity and contribute to the reception function of the establishment;
• Know how to schedule tasks and transmit information to management and other team members;
• Know how to organize a cart and anticipate needs;
• Be able to organize yourself with colleagues and adapt your work organization according to the directives of the hierarchy and the variability of flows;
• Know how to adapt your behavior and language to the diversity of your customers;
• Ability to apply common rules of etiquette (friendliness and discretion) and/or specific to the company
