FREELANCE SALESPERSON (F/M) – YEGGAH
YEGGAH offers its international clients the possibility of managing their real estate and is looking for freelance salespeople as part of its development.
- Deadline: As soon as possible
- Independent Status.
- Very attractive remuneration (commission on fees)
Responsibilities:
Land prospecting
- Search for land, properties for rent and for sale
- Areas: Bali, New Bell, Akwa, Bonapriso
- Several positions to be filled;
Heritage visit
- Follow-up of files until the contract is signed
- Making contact and monitoring visits with prospects
- Carrying out visits
Required profile:
- Man or woman in the field
- Good knowledge of prospecting and sales techniques
- Have a commercial flair
- Being perseverant, autonomy, good interpersonal skills and positivity will be key assets to succeed together
- You have experience as a salesperson, ideally in construction, promotion or real estate transactions.
- Domiciled in your sales sector, knowledge of the geographical sector entrusted to you is essential.
