JOB: GMC Assurances SA is recruiting

• AGE Between 30 and 45 ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL TRAINING
• BAC + 4, 5 (in Marketing, Commerce, Insurance)
• Have at least 05 years of experience in sales in an insurance company or a commercial company in a management position.

• Have strong team management skills
• Have excellent skills in working under pressure and in a team
• Mastery of sales techniques
• Mastery of written and oral communication techniques
• Have analytical, synthesis and editorial skills
• Be proactive, rigorous, autonomous, dynamic and ambitious
• Good physical presentation
• Be result oriented
• Mastery of negotiation and sales techniques
• Be customer oriented B to B and B to C.
• Have good notions with computer tools (use of Excel, Powerpoint, Word software)
• Be motivated and independent.
• Be of good character and have a taste for contact.
