As part of the strengthening of its commercial network, GMC ASSURANCES SA is recruiting 05 COMMERCIAL EXECUTIVES with high potential for its Regions of YAOUNDÉ (02), DOUALA (02) and BAFOUSSAM (01).

MAIN OBJECTIVES / MISSIONS

Achieve an annual individual turnover ers net bonus fixed according to the status of the commercial
-
Know how to prepare your work program for the week
-
Prospecting the sale of insurance products; portfolio development and management.

Have skills in leading and supervising a sales team
ASSIGNMENTS:
-
Participate in the deployment of the commercial strategy
-
Continuously identify new business opportunities to sustain business performance.

Have the skills to recruit, train and manage a sales team.
-
Ensure the reporting of indicators and performance monitoring.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
-
AGE Between 30 and 45 ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL TRAINING
-
BAC + 4, 5 (in Marketing, Commerce, Insurance)
-
Have at least 05 years of experience in sales in an insurance company or a commercial company in a management position.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOW-HOW

Have strong team management skills

Have excellent skills in working under pressure and in a team

Mastery of sales techniques

Mastery of written and oral communication techniques

Have analytical, synthesis and editorial skills

Be proactive, rigorous, autonomous, dynamic and ambitious

Good physical presentation

Be result oriented

Mastery of negotiation and sales techniques

Be customer oriented B to B and B to C.

Have good notions with computer tools (use of Excel, Powerpoint, Word software)

Be motivated and independent.

Be of good character and have a taste for contact.
