GRAPHIC DESIGNER – PAYSIKA

Contract type: Full-time, on-site

About PaySika:

Paysika is a leading fintech in Cameroon that offers innovative and user-friendly financial solutions to its customers. Our goal is to revolutionize the way people think and use money by providing convenient, secure and reliable payment solutions. We are looking for a talented designer to join our team in Douala. This will, among other things, be responsible for creating hyper-creative content and visuals to promote our brand and our products.

Job Description :

We are looking for a creative and knowledgeable designer to join our design team in Douala. As a designer at Paysika, you will work closely with the marketing team and support the Product design team to create visually appealing designs that effectively communicate our brand message and help our users interact with our products.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the marketing team and stakeholders to ensure a consistent and harmonious visual style across all platforms.

Apply advanced graphic design techniques such as compositing, masking and typography to create stunning and engaging graphics

Research and monitor the latest trends and best practices in graphic design (and related fields).

Help document and maintain our brand guidelines and ensure all design work complies with them.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and communicating priorities effectively.

Requirements:

Have at least 3 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop or similar tools.
Knowledge of Illustrator and After-effects is a plus.
Being bilingual (English-French) is preferred, as Paysika operates in both languages.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Great attention to detail and ability to work independently.
