Payroll and Personnel Administration Officer.
Activities:
- Preparation of employment contracts;
- Processing of requests for administrative documents received;
- Entering information on the HR Access application;
- Update of HR Access according to the changes that have occurred;
- Entry of leave decisions;
- Entering the balances of any account and work certificates;
- Collection of documents for foreign contracts and their renewal;
- Follow-up of the transition from one contract to another with preparation of amendments;
- Collection of missing documents for the personnel file;
- Manage all payroll elements (fixed and variable) and declarations relating to social charges and contributions to the various organizations;
- Collection of information, input, control, validation of elements;
- Departure management (STC management);
- Reporting of all activities.
Required profile:
- Holder of a Bac+3 in accounting / Human Resources, you have experience in payroll and administrative management of personnel;
- Fairly good Mastery of payroll information systems and office tools. HR ACCESS experience would be desirable;
- Rigorous and organized;
- Punctuality and exemplarity;
- Ability to manage stress;
- Good interpersonal skills to allow you to work in close collaboration with the other functions of the HR department;
- Excellent command of office tools (Word, Excel, etc.).
