JOB: IT Security Manager is needed

Missions of the Post:

• Ensure the implementation of processes and solutions that comply with company security standards and needs
• Monitor the operation of information systems at the company level to identify security vulnerabilities and recommend adjustments
• Identify IT security indicators and monitor them

Hierarchical link: General Manager

Functional link:  General Audit & Internal Control Department

 

 

 

 

Main tasks :

Ensure the implementation and application of processes and solutions that comply with the company’s security standards and needs

• Establish a map of security-critical IT services
• Carry out technological monitoring, on security standards and the latest computer malware
• Establish the IT security policy and monitor compliance with operational security standards
• Develop the IT security policy and operational security standards
• Control the security level of adjustments to IT solutions
• Propose developments in security improvement solutions and processes
• Control the security architecture and participate in its evolution

Monitor the operation of information systems at the company level to identify security vulnerabilities and recommend adjustments

• Control the implementation of security mechanisms as well as their compliance
• Control access to the information system and data, in particular user and administrator rights and access
• Search for security vulnerabilities in the information system and operating processes and recommend adjustments
• Ensure compliance with operating procedures and monitor their compliance
• Continually monitor infrastructure and application security risks

 

 

 

Coordinate IT audits and follow up on recommendations

• Establish or validate specifications for IT audits
• Ensure the analysis of supplier offers for IT audit projects
• Coordinate IT audit projects and ensure the collaboration of the IT entities concerned
• Ensure the quality of services provided within the framework of IT audits
• Receive IT audits and monitor and control the implementation of recommendations
• Monitor and evaluate the impacts on security and performance of changes to IT service developments

Identify IT security indicators and monitor them

• Identify and develop IT security indicators, particularly for points of IT vulnerability, and supervise them
• Monitor security indicators and ensure escalation to correct any failures encountered
