MARKETING AND COMMUNICATION MANAGER (F/M) – EXPRESS LOCATIVE
We are urgently recruiting a Marketing and Communication Manager
On behalf of our real estate company located in Essos
Hours: Monday to Saturday
Missions
- the development of a promotional and communication strategy;
- the organization of various marketing and communication actions;
- animation and participation in exhibitions or trade shows;
- collection and analysis of data relating to sales volume;
- the implementation of actions to relaunch or retain the loyalty of the target clientele;
- the collection and dissemination of relevant information in relation to the company’s commercial activity (changes in prices, trends, etc.)
- the implementation of marketing monitoring and the development of new product ranges;
- the production of marketing materials (catalogue, leaflet, product sheet, etc.);
- supervising prospecting actions by email, phoning, social networks, etc.
- proposing corrective actions to improve marketing strategies;
- the implementation of market studies;
- competitive analysis;
- determining the objectives that the company must achieve through the marketing actions implemented.
Profile
It is important that a marketing manager knows how to lead his team and unite it around common commercial objectives. To do this, he must demonstrate notable personal qualities such as good communication, interpersonal skills, creativity, empathy, curiosity, etc.
Requirements

A punctual professional with experience

Proven experience as a Marketing and Communications Manager

Ability to develop and execute effective marketing and communications strategies
-
Excellent skills in project management, data analysis and problem solving.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team
-
Knowledge of the latest trends in marketing and communication
