MARKETING COMMUNICATION, IT INTERN

Recruit and train for the needs of its services 2 (two) Apprentice Intern(s) Assistant(s) in IT, MARKETING & COMMUNICATION, in Douala (Maképé).

 

 

 

6 months renewable

• Computer graphics and video editing
• Development and implementation of communication and marketing strategies
• Digital communication and website administration
• Management of IT, Communication and Marketing projects
• Identify and record opportunities related to the company’s fields of expertise;
• Examine the tender documents to ensure their completeness and if necessary formulate requests for clarifications, Participate in information meetings on the tenders;

 

 

• Organize / participate in meetings to review offers with the Sales team;
• Coordinate and follow up to ensure post submission clarifications are addressed;
• Internally coordinate the preparation of the offer, including follow-up, data collection from various subcontractors or third parties; Consultants, Sister Company etc. ;
• Ensure that commercial submissions to tenders, B2B consultations are fully compliant with all details of the terms of reference;
• Ensure that subcontracting offers and/or Consultants are complete and available on time;
• Develop an international network of Consultants;
• Participate in the construction of a network of Partner offices in various countries.

 

 

 

 

BUSINESS DEVELOPER in charge of one or more Specialties for a region of Sub-Saharan Africa.

The opportunity is open to individuals with the following qualifications:

•  Be between (18-25) years old
• Having good character
• At least a university education at BAC+3 level in Computer Science; Marketing, Communications; Commercial Action, Advertising, Digital…
• Excellent command of Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.);
• Excellent oral ability (French and English);
• Residence in Douala, Makepe area and its surroundings (Bonamoussadi, logpom, Beedi, Bepanda…)

 

 

• A letter of submission or motivation
• The CV presented clearly in French or English on two pages maximum
