JOB: Mechanical manufacturing operator (Woman/Man) – CAP/BEP/BAC
Location: Meiganga
We are currently recruiting for our group based in Meiganga, Cameroon, a mechanical manufacturing operator for a production unit for sheet metal, sheet metal accessories, tip machine and other galvanized products. He will work with traditional machines.
- Study work instructions, blueprints and vouchers
- Adjust and stall the machines, change the heads if necessary
- Change program when working on a machine
- Manage material inputs and outputs from your workstation
- Check and adjust the supports according to the planned tolerance
- Drive the machine and monitor the smooth running of the manufacturing process while respecting productivity, safety and quality standards
- Check the quality at the exit of the machine and arrange the parts
- Perform specific operations to adjust, match orders
- Complete production tracking documents
- Maintain and clean your workstation
- Perform first level maintenance
- Report any malfunctions and suggest improvements
- Read plans, instructions, instruction sheets, vouchers…
- View the finished product
- Adjust and stall the machines, change the heads if necessary,
- Operate the machine and monitor production
- Control the quality of parts in accordance with standards, identify defects
- Clean regularly (dust, parts, etc.), store tools, jigs and wedges
- Provide first level maintenance
- Promote diagnosis in the event of a malfunction
- Comply with safety rules
- Ensure the handling of sometimes heavy parts (gestures and postures)
- It must be versatile and adapt from one machine to another, sometimes managing two machines in parallel
