JOB: Medical Representative – GC Pharma Sarl

GC PHARMA SARL is a Cameroonian company approved by the MINSANTE, whose activity is the distribution of pharmaceutical products. In accordance with our strategy for detecting and recruiting young talents, GC pharma is looking for medical delegates for the cities of Yaounde and Douala.

Job Description

Placed under the control of the Sales Supervisor, the Medical Delegate is responsible for:

• ensure the presentation and promotion of GC Pharma products;
• work on the prescription of GC Pharma products
• prospect, identify and open new points of sale in pharmacies, clinics and health facilities located in its area of ​​activity;
• generate and collect orders for products from wholesalers;
• writing and sending/filing weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports;
• work closely with administration, finance, quality assurance, demand creation and logistics managers for data triangulation;

Qualifications and professional experience required

• Be of Cameroonian nationality;
• Have a medical representative diploma or other equivalent diplomas/experience;
• Have at least three (03) years of experience as a medical representative in an approved structure;
• Have a sense of initiative and strong autonomy;
• Have good organizational and administrative skills;
• Have team spirit and excellent leadership qualities;
• Be dynamic and endowed with a spirit of initiative;
• Be proactive and a good communicator;
• Have a good command of marketing and communication strategies;
• Fluent in French and English;
• Have a good command of computers and software (Word, Power Point, Excel,);
• work closely with administration, finance, quality assurance, demand creation and logistics managers for data triangulation;
