Job title: ACCOUNTING SECRETARY.
Main mission :
As Accounting Secretary, you will be responsible for the administrative and accounting management of the company. You will work closely with the administrative team to ensure accurate and efficient monitoring of financial operations.
Missions/purposes of the position:
- Ensure the maintenance of customer and supplier accounts;
- Manage billing and collection operations;
- Prepare accounting and tax documents;
- Assist management with daily administrative tasks;
- Ensure the management of mail and internal communications;
- Contribute to the monitoring of personnel files.
Profile :
- Education: Diploma in accounting or accounting secretarial work.
- Previous experience in a similar position would be an asset.
- Gender: Female.
- Age: between 25 and 35 years old.
SKILLS :
- Mastery of accounting software and office tools ;
- Knowledge of current accounting and tax standards ;
- Ability to work independently and in a team ;
- Ability to manage teams;
- Organization, rigor , priority management and precision in work ;
- Good communication and time management skills.
Skills :
- Rigorous and methodical, with a developed sense of organization;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Location : Douala.
