MAIN MISSIONS
Welcome and answer telephone calls and inform customers according to their requests,
Carry out the commercial and technical study of the customer’s request,
Contact and prospect new customers
Write quotes and forward data on commercial and technical terms to sales teams in the field,
Note the orders, find out about the conditions of completion and transmit the information,
Edit and send invoices,
Manage sales administration,
Manage sales staff planning (diary, travel, etc.)
Take care of customer follow-up and define solutions in the event of a malfunction,
Manage day-to-day secretarial work and administrative files,
Writing prospecting letters,
Updating the customer portfolio and sales tables,
REQUIRED PROFILE
Age range: 30-35 years old
Basic training: Minimum BTS in Commercial Secretariat
Language: Bilingual (French and English)
Professional experience: min 2 years in the position
EXPECTED SKILLS
Ability to adapt, versatility, innovation,
Writing and relational ease,
Organized, rigorous, concentrated, discreet and enduring,
Optimal mastery of grammar and spelling,
Good use of office automation and communication tools,
Have strong relationships on professional and social networks,
Know how to handle pressure.
