BRAND AMBASSADOR
The Cooperative of Solidarity Consumers Freshbag in order to support the growth of its activities in the city of Yaoundé is recruiting enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors to be the face and voice of our company with our target audiences.
As the successful candidate, you will be involved in increasing our brand awareness and sales by promoting our products through various media channels. You will work closely with our Sales and Marketing division to contribute to marketing objectives, such as communicating the value of our products to customers, monitoring customer satisfaction, and representing the brand at launches and events. ‘events.
To excel in this role, you will have excellent communication and networking skills, as well as a strong social media presence. You are an active and dynamic young professional in society, wishing to actively contribute to improving the quality of life in your community, you are also able to take advantage of your relationship to promote, prospect and sell.
Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage, along with knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
Tasks
- Educate our target audience on company products and services.
- Create digital content to build brand awareness and attract new customers.
- Organize community activities to build brand awareness with the target audience
- Establish relationships of trust with customers and potential customers of the company.
- Participate in company activities.
- Maintain a positive brand image at all times.
- Improve the visibility and positioning of the company as well as these products/services on the Cameroonian market
- Understand the company’s vision, mission, goals, products and services
- Promote, prospect and acquire customers for the company’s products/services
- Help the company improve its products and services by conducting satisfaction surveys, collecting testimonials and reviews and introducing the company’s products to members of its community
- Share ideas with supervisors on new ways to promote the brand
