JOB NOTICE: Briardo CIGARES IS looking for a Rotisserie

Briardo CIGARES, located in Bepanda Onmisport, Douala, is a business offering
entertainment services, a high-end snack bar and a cigar shop. We
are looking for a competent Rotisserie who will be responsible for the
establishment’s rotisserie in an efficient and professional manner.

 

 

 

Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking
their orders and providing information about our menu.
• Prepare and see to the cooking of chicken in order to offer superior quality products
.
• Responsible for rotisserie skewers of chicken, meat, prawns and
sausages.
• Prepare and cook delicious meals, including snacks, appetizers, and special dishes for our guests.
• Apply hygiene and food safety rules in the kitchen.
• Manage inventory of good quality ingredients and products, placing orders
as needed.

 

Requirements:
• Minimum high school diploma.
• Bilingual (French and English) would be a considerable asset.
• Previous experience as a roaster or in a similar role would be
appreciated.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good stress management and excellent communication skills.
