JOB Notice: Community Manager needed

Its main missions will be to:

• Participation in the development of the web communication strategy;
• Content creation;
• Putting editorial content online;
• Development of communication on social networks;
• Community creation and animation;
• Monitoring of e-reputation.

 

 

The tasks will consist of:

• Participate in the development of the institute’s communication strategy on social networks in consultation with Management;
• Propose and create content to post on networks to maintain the web presence (photos, images, videos, etc.) in accordance with the strategic orientations and objectives targeted as well as the charter of the institution;
• Adapt editorial content (editorial content, newsletter, images, videos, photos, etc.) by feeding dedicated pages on social networks;
• Communicate on behalf of the institute and its services on social networks (Twitter, Facebook, Youtube, linked’In etc.), and develop its visibility on the web;
• Run communication campaigns on networks (sponsored or unsponsored campaigns);
• Ensure the brand’s referencing on the usual search engines;
• Create groups, encourage exchanges, unite and build loyalty among Internet users around a friendly community (customers, bloggers, etc.).
• Facilitate through the distribution of informative content, discussions, answers to questions, possibly events for the search for the intended target.

Profile required

• Bac +2 minimum in IT, Web communication, digital marketing, IT and Web development;
• Experience at least one (01) year as a Community manager;
• Mastery in editing visuals would be an asset;
• Have skills in digital communication and good written expression;
• Good command of communication media (web);
• Knowledge of web marketing tools.
