JOB OFFER: STAND CUSTOMER ADVISOR (M/F)

Company specializing in personalized packaging and gift boxes as well as luxury concierge services, is looking for a Customer Advisor Stand at the Playce Yaoundé shopping center

Your main tasks are:

• You welcome, inform and advise customers in a customer satisfaction approach.
• As Ambassador of your space, you promote and present the product offering.
• You animate and bring the space to life.
• You record sales and report daily to your hierarchy
• You ensure product quality with the aim of developing turnover and building customer loyalty.
• You carry out physical prospecting on site to maximize sales

• You participate in the opening of the stand and ensure the qualitative implementation of the different products while respecting the ordering of deliveries and daily restocking.
• You make the department attractive to develop the commercial dynamic
• You ensure compliance with traceability procedures
• You help with closing and participate in the daily life of the stand: cleaning, compliance with hygiene rules, inventories, etc.

Required profile :

• Smiling and dynamic, and attentive to your customers, you are recognized for your interpersonal skills and enjoy being in contact with customers.

• A true hunter at heart, you like to surpass yourself and take on challenges, always doing more and better. Challenge is an important driving force for you, you are driven by a sense of result.
• Flexible, flexible, and creative, you adapt to different situations and know how to deal with objections.
• Attracted by direct contact, you like to convince and know how to close a sale.
