Description
MISSIONS & ACTIVITIES
Manage the service
Secure its scope of activity by ensuring a permanent increase in competence of the resources of its service
Ensure the supervision of its team (monitoring of management dashboards, team meetings)
Ensure the permanent achievement of the objectives assigned to the service
Develop team spirit in the service
Ensure legal monitoring in order to integrate all legislative developments impacting the company
Identify new texts, ensure their dissemination and appropriation.
Ensure the follow-up of all complaints addressed to the company in compliance with the deadlines and internal procedures in force
Ensure the follow-up of all legal proceedings of any kind in which the company is involved
Monitor and update the role of the hearings in real time
Ensure the proper keeping of files by an exhaustive and orderly classification of the constituent elements
Digitize and archive the completeness of the files within its scope in the dedicated tool
Develop and ensure the follow-up of arguments of defense in conjunction with lawyers
Ensure the effective monitoring of the processing of invoices for fees, expenses of Lawyers and other legal auxiliaries (Fees and expenses package in each case / Monitoring table for legal auxiliaries)
Hold regular reporting sessions of activities with its team
Respond to 100% of seizures made in the hands of Orange Cameroon by third parties within the legal deadlines
Handle third-party complaints
Keep a log of all the complaints received
Collect the elements of response to complaints from the operational
departments Finalize the responses within the time limits
Process legal requisitions
Ensure that the requisitions received by Orange Cameroon come from the competent authorities (Prosecution, Judicial Police, Administration, etc.)
Process and provide the requisitions received by questioning the dedicated platforms and/the operational departments concerned,
Write and send response letters to the requisitions processed
Detect and systematically report any malfunction found inherent to the system Report
its activities
Present the reporting of its activity at the scheduled intervals
Follow the collection procedures in the files transmitted by the Customer Service Department
Analyze and verify the content of the files
Assess the appropriateness of the proceedings
Appoint the lawyers
Follow the procedures
Represent the company before the courts and respond on behalf of the company to summonses from the police / Judicial Authorities
Go to summonses
Represent the company at hearings before the Courts
Write the minutes / reports of hearings and exchanges, and send them to the hierarchy within 24 hours
Ensure the follow-up of actions following these hearings and summonses
Keep the tables monitoring of its activities
Keep activity monitoring tables up to date
Qualifications
Standard training: BAC+4 minimum in Law (preferably Private Law)
Minimum experience: 3 years minimum in the legal field
Main location: CM-Littoral
