RECRUITMENT NOTICE

SCI SOTRADIC  is a Civil Real Estate Company whose head office is in Akwa-Douala, roundabout Salle des Fêtes, Boulevard de la République. It specializes in the management and operation of various real estate products, in particular the rental of furnished and unfurnished accommodation, office space, shops and shopping centers in several cities in Cameroon, such as Yaoundé, Douala and Bafoussam.

 

 

 

SCI SOTRADIC  also operates in the residential hotel market. To this end, it provides several services, in particular: furnished accommodation, catering, car rental, massage service, laundry, swimming pool, gym, banquet and conference rooms.  SCI SOTRADIC has  three semi-hotel complexes in the city of Douala:

• The CARAT Residence , in Bonapriso, Avenue De Gaulle;
• The Le Carat residence , located opposite the Akwa village hall;
• The Residence Blue Sky , located at the traffic light Bessengue.

 

 

 

PROFILE OF A LIFEGUARD/POOL CAREER

• Man or woman
• Aged between 29 and 40 years old
• Holder of a baccalaureate minimum + professional training in the field of swimming
• Justify a professional experience of at least 5 years as a lifeguard

ASSIGNMENTS

• Plan swimming lessons for residence guests
• Ensure the safety of customers practicing water activities in the Pool
• Ensure the good condition of the equipment and the hygiene of the swimming pool
• Provide swimmers with the necessary equipment and assist them if necessary.

 

 

 

 

 

 

SKILLS

• Good physical shape;
• mastery of emergency and first aid actions;
• mastery of safety rules for sports practices;
• autonomy and organizational qualities;
• mastery of swimming techniques;
• mastery of animation techniques;

1. A job application (specifying the position)
2. Photocopy of the valid National Identity Card
3. An updated CV
4. Photocopy of diplomas and or certificate of training.
5. Photocopies of work certificates, work certificate and or internship certificate
6. A whole photo card
