Main missions
- Provide first aid to staff and vendors
- Provide nursing care or organize external care for staff and sales partners
- Contribute to the prevention of accidents and pathologies and to the health education of all employees in a public health policy Technical activities
- Receive in free and unpaid consultation the staff and sales partners of the company on the days and times listed on the schedule validated by Human Resources
- Understand the condition of patients and record the information collected in the medical file
- Ensure, in collaboration with the occupational physician, control/screening tests Main activities
- Update the health records of people seen in consultation
- Monitor the clinical condition of the patient and inform the occupational physician of the evolution of the condition
- Organize and plan annual medical visits in collaboration with the Occupational Doctor and Human Resources
- Provide nursing care and emergency care under medical protocols.
- In collaboration with the occupational physician, inform employees about the risks of accidents, occupational diseases and advise them on preventive measures
- Ensure the maintenance of the register of accidents at work.
- Assess health risks and plan prevention and education interventions.
- Responsible for maintaining the nursing care file and the quality of transmissions (transmission to replacements or to the doctor of relevant data). Administrative and supervisory activities
- Assist with lifts o Manage the activity of the service according to the budget allocated to it in collaboration with the occupational physician.
- Prepare the nursing activity report and statistics.
- Ensure the supply and management of the pharmacy and equipment (stocks).
- Organize and facilitate activity in the workplace and weekly medical visits by the occupational physician.
- Participate in CHST meetings
- Participate in the establishment project (ISO standard, risk awareness).
- Ensure the cleanliness of the infirmary, store equipment and dispose of waste according to prescribed standards
- Participate in nursing research (quality of care, care protocols in the workplace).
- Participate in epidemiological investigations.
- Propose a replacement nurse in case of impediment
Skills / Requirements / Qualities
- Standard training: Nurse (era) State graduate (IDE)
- Minimum experience in Occupational Medicine: 3 years
