QHSE MANAGER
Responsibilities:
Develop the QSDA management system based on business objectives, audit results, and process and management reviews
- Ensure the sustainability of the quality approach and the safety of goods and people;
- Ensure the daily monitoring of the implementation of the company’s policy
- Participate in the determination and application of the criteria and methods (including monitoring, measures and associated performance indicators) necessary to ensure the effective operation and control of these processes;
- Carry out regular awareness-raising actions relating to the approach;
- Be reassured by monitoring the conditions for the proper application of hygiene procedures;
- Weekly inspection of operating sites;
- Intervene in the development of employee skills, in terms of quality and safety of goods and people;
- Analyze and synthesize legal documents to translate regulations and standards into actionable instructions and actions;
- Guarantees overall customer satisfaction through the effective handling of non-conformities
Evaluation of the QSDA system and participation in its continuous improvement
- Organize internal and external audits,
- Organize process reviews
- Organize management reviews
- Ensure the implementation of improvement actions
- Welcome the verifiers and certifiers during audits and/or control visits.
- Ensure compliance with the principles of the HACCP method and procedures relating to hygiene.
OPERATIONAL MONITORING
- Monitor the storage temperatures of the material;
- Be reassured of compliance with good transport practices for the material and the product;
- Ensure the proper management of garbage cans (storage, emptying and cleaning);
- Monitor the compliance of pool water;
- Ensure compliance with cleaning plans for common areas (conference rooms, offices, terraces), public toilets (reception, restaurant and swimming pool), the external environment (courtyards, gardens, outdoor parking, etc.);
- Be reassured of the cleanliness of the beach and its surroundings
- Ensure the daily availability of disinfectant gels, soaps and toilet paper in all dedicated places;
- Monitor the compliance of conference rooms and public toilets (reception, restaurant and swimming pool);
- Follow good storage practices for materials and equipment (heritage, laundry, kitchen, restaurant)
- Coordinate the activity of maintenance workers
Minimum BACC + 5 in HSE Quality
Experiences & Qualifications:
Two (02) years of experience in the field of service and/or agri-food companies. Must have led or participated in an iso 9001-2015 and/or iso 22000 certification project
