Main duties
As an accounting analyst , you will be responsible for analyzing, monitoring , and reporting the financial performance of the company and especially our Bitkap mobile application .
Explicitly, you must:
- Monitor daily transactions and figures on the platform, including deposits , withdrawals, sales and purchases,
- Establish formulas for calculating turnover and profits taking into account the realities inherent in the nature of cryptocurrencies,
- Establish dashboards for activity monitoring,
- Take stock of accounting activity over given periods,
- Monitor and report cash flows in the company’s various accounts ( banks , partners , mobile money accounts , Blockchain, etc.),
- Ensure the processing and archiving of all transaction history from the various financial systems integrated into B itkap,
- Carry out reconciliation operations between theoretical and actual balances to identify possible anomalies,
- Work with the BI team to automate the production of financial reports ,
- Transition financial data to general accounting
Required Qualifications
- Hold at least a Bac+2 degree in accounting, management or any other related discipline,
- Have at least 1 year of experience ( internship included ) ,
- Mastery of IT tools (word , excel, internet, etc.) ,
- Having a good knowledge of the crypto-currency ecosystem would be an asset,
- Experience in a similar position would be an asset,
- Speak in French or English .
