JOB NOTICE: Recruitment notice: Accounting Analyst

Main duties

As an accounting analyst , you will be responsible for analyzing, monitoring , and reporting the financial performance of the company and especially our Bitkap mobile application .

Explicitly, you must:

Monitor daily transactions and figures on the platform, including deposits , withdrawals, sales and purchases,
Establish formulas for calculating turnover and profits taking into account the realities inherent in the nature of cryptocurrencies,
Establish dashboards for activity monitoring,
Take stock of accounting activity over given periods,
Monitor and report cash flows in the company’s various accounts ( banks , partners , mobile money accounts , Blockchain, etc.),

Ensure the processing and archiving of all transaction history from the various financial systems integrated into B itkap,
Carry out reconciliation operations between theoretical and actual balances to identify possible anomalies,
Work with the BI team to automate the production of financial reports ,
Transition financial data to general accounting

Required Qualifications

Hold at least a Bac+2 degree in accounting, management or any other related discipline,
Have at least 1 year of experience ( internship included ) ,
Mastery of IT tools (word , excel, internet, etc.) ,
Having a good knowledge of the crypto-currency ecosystem would be an asset,
Experience in a similar position would be an asset,
Speak in French or English .
