Job notice: Surveyor/Topographer needed

JOB OFFER

 Position: 1 Surveyor / Topographer

 Sector of activity: Real estate

Location: Akwa-Douala

MAIN MISSIONS  :

• Draw up plans on different scales and maps using the computer tool;
• Establish plans and drawings using CAD / DAO software and calculations;
• Use specific tools (theodolite for example) in order to establish measurements;
• Intervene in the event of a dispute between owners concerning the delimitation of a plot.

 

 

 

MISSIONS IN TERMS OF SUBDIVISION AND COATING  :

• Organize meetings with the various trades involved in the projects;
• Establish specifications and execution plans for the various projects;
• Monitor the development and approval of the subdivision plan;
• Monitor the work of geotechnical and geophysical studies prior to construction sites;
• Define the human, financial and material resources necessary for the various projects;
• Follow the budget plan for the work in comparison with actual expenses;
• Negotiate services with suppliers in agreement with the DG;
• Ensure the proper application of safety regulations;
• Participate in the development of responses to calls for tender;
• Manage the budget, the schedule;
• Take stock of the progress rate of the work.

 

 

SOFTWARE SKILLS:

• Mastery of computer tools: CAD, CAD, 3D drawing.

REQUIRED PROFILE :

• Minimum BTS surveyor topographer and “digital modelling”. Or any other equivalent training;
• At least three (3) years of seniority in the field; 
• Age: 25-35 years old.

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS :

• Excellent knowledge of cartography and land ownership regulations;
• Mastery of topographic survey devices;
• Rigor, precision and method;
• Sense of analysis and spirit of synthesis;
• Good physical condition ;
• Good adaptation skills;

 

 

 

• Be responsive and meticulous;
• Good sense of interpretation;
• Good sense of observation.
