Position: Marketing Director
MISSIONS
The marketing director is responsible for the marketing strategy, the success of the marketing plans and the company’s position on its markets. Main activities :

 

 

 

• Defines the strategic axes for the development of new products and the management of existing products (innovation marketing and operational marketing).

• Sets development priorities.

• Determines quantitative and qualitative objectives.

• Oversees new product launches.

• Develops with his team the marketing plans and all the necessary actions in the short, medium and long term on the existing brands.

• Develop a high “sign value” compared to the “use value” with consumers and prescribers with regard to our products and our company

• Manages his team which he animates, organizes, trains and motivates

• Make our products known to prescribers with a high value perceived by them

 

 

 

 

 

• create strong visibility for Tebimosa

• work in coordination with the communication department and the graphic design department

• Develop the multimedia communication policy and the choice of different agencies with responsibility for budgets.

• Create people’s attachment to our products/our company

• Giving value to our products

• Create company visibility • Capitalize on press channels

• Be present/active on Facebook, Instagram , Internet, YouTube, LinkedIn

• Marketing with our medical representatives

• Make our products known to prescribers with a high value perceived by them

• Work with Key Opinion Leaders (Journal Echo Santé, others…)

TRAINING Higher business school, an engineering school or have a high diploma with a specialization in marketing, communication or management .
