Job Profile:
Reporting to the Group’s Reinsurance Captive, the Technical Manager is responsible for implementing the Group’s underwriting policy and ensuring the organization and supervision of the Group Technical Department.
Your missions:
Technical assistance
• Ensure the organization and supervision of the Group Technical Department,
Define, decline and monitor the application of the internal subscription policy
agreement with the General Management
in
Draft and harmonize underwriting procedures, technical notes and contractual documents in accordance with the Group’s underwriting policy
⚫ Development of the Group underwriting guide Participate in building the capacities of the various Technical Departments by
organizing and facilitating intra and non-group training/seminars
Production monitoring and verification
Plan and carry out technical audits of subsidiaries
Set up powers of quotation, underwriting and claims management Management and monitoring of policies Large accounts
portfolio monitoring
Implementation, coordination, monitoring and monitoring of indicators and criteria for monitoring the portfolio of ceding companies

Training & experience:
Qualifications: BAC + 4 Minimum in Insurance • Professional experience: Have at least 5 years of experience in a position of
