𝐌𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 :
Assists the General Resources Manager in his general administrative duties.
𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭é𝐬 𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬:
- Assist in the purchasing process;
- Ensure the management of supplies stocks (materials, office automation, etc.);
- Assist in the management of relationships with service providers and suppliers;
- Assist in the organization and logistical implementation of internal events;
- Ensure the preventive and curative maintenance of equipment and furniture (electricity, air conditioning, water, etc.)
𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐥 𝐝𝐮 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐞:
- Bac+2 in Logistics, Supply chain, Administration or other fields in management science.
- Rigor and availability
- Ability to manage stress
- Ability to work in a team
- Anaytical and synthetical mind
- Ability to listen and take initiative
- Sense of service and organization
- Discretion and sense of confidentiality
- Bilingual
Knowledge of the insurance sector would be an asset.
