CECAW FINANCE SA is looking for 1 Classic Credit Supervisor for the needs of its services.
Type of contract: Permanent contract
Missions of the position
- Participate in the study of credit files by controlling the files to be transmitted to the credit committee;
- Monitor repayments of commitments;
- Organize team tasks;
- Participate in employee development.
Job profile
Level of education
- Bac+ (03) (min), Management courses or any equivalent diploma
- Have experience in analyzing
- credit records would be an asset
Age range: 28-38 years old
Gender: M/F
Professional experience
- Seniority in the position and/or past experience in the Microfinance sector would be an asset;
- Have a mastery of negotiation strategies Etc.
Additional Abilities
- To be integrated ;
- Demonstrate rigor and firmness;
- Be highly reactive;
- Know how to work under pressure;
- Be meticulous during verification operations.
