JOB OFFER: ACCOUNT MANAGER
Cloudover Cameroon is looking for an Account Manager to continue its growth. Under the supervision of the General Director, the candidate will actively participate in the company’s business development in the major cities of Cameroon.
Main responsibilities:
- Actively seek new opportunities on a regular “hunting” basis;
- Assume leadership of the sales cycle: prospect and qualify opportunities, write and present proposals, close sales and maintain customer relationships;
- Work as a team to develop sales strategies;
- Carry out after-sales follow-up as well as “farming” account development;
- Achieve and exceed Cloudover sales objectives;
- Keep the various tools up to date: CRM, sales forecast, etc.
PROFILE
- Have at least five (5) years of experience in sales of IT solutions (IT infrastructure, cloud computing, data center, managed services);
- Experience with major account management
- Fluency in French and English (English (spoken and written)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, cyber security tools
SKILLS AND PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS
- Be customer service oriented.
- Resourcefulness, versatility and autonomy.
- Ability to multitask and multi-client;
- Ease of working on several files at the same time;
