MISSIONS
Attached to the Chief Accountant, she will be in charge of collecting, recording and classifying financial transactions as well as producing statements, analyzing and carrying out periodic accounting reports:
Job content
- Ensure the collection of supporting documents for cash transactions Enter and charge bank transactions
- Transmit daily accounting documents
- Perform cash accounting control and reconciliation
- Ensure compliance with disbursement limits and cash balance
- Identify and analyze outstanding entries
- Manage supplier accounting with the entry of purchase invoices, overheads and fixed assets, up to the preparation of supplier payments;
- Accounting for fixed assets and calculating allocations
- Record daily accounting operations in the accounting books: •Ensure periodic monitoring of operations recorded in the accounts •Clear pending operations in the accounts:
Profile required:
- BAC +2/3 diploma in Accounting-Finance or any other equivalent diploma.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a similar position.
Abilities:
- Mastery of accounting techniques and rules
- Mastery of the CIMA chart of accounts
- Good knowledge of tax law
- Having a good knowledge of SAGE X3 software would be a plus Knowledge of general accounting
- Know how to integrate into a chain of accounting decisions
- Mastery of the rules for keeping accounting documents
- Mastery of Google suite tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
