Job objective:
COMPLEXE LA REFERENCE
Ensure the coordination and supervision of all accounting activities of the group, guarantee the reliability of financial data and ensure compliance with tax and regulatory obligations.
Profile:
• Degree in accounting / finance (minimum BAC + 3).
• Proven experience in business accounting management. . Ability to manage a team and work independently.
• Participation in the management of invoicing and
payment monitoring.
Required skills:
. Mastery of OHADA accounting standards. • Excellent organizational, team management and communication skills. Mastery of accounting and management software (e.g. Sage, Excel).
. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Mastery of Cameroonian taxation
Accounting and financial reporting.
Main responsibilities:
• Team coordination. accounting
Multi-entity accounting management
Financial reporting and consolidation
• Monitoring of tax and social obligations
Cash management
. Continuous improvement of accounting processes.
