Kiosk Manager – (2300002I)
Description

Missions & Main Activities

Develop and propose action plans for the commercial development of the channel

Develop kiosk capillarity
Propose the efficient deployment of kiosks in accordance with the zoning
Propose the catalog of offers/services to be referenced in kiosks
Be responsible for supporting resources
Guarantee Quality of Service (QoS) within the kiosks
Formalize detailed action plans and disseminate them to operational staff
Ensure allocation and then monitor the implementation of resources and the necessary means
Monitoring the deployment of containers
Ensure the implementation of action plans

 




 

Analyze sales trends in order to propose corrective actions
Support field stakeholders in the promotion and development of the kiosk channel
Ensure the proper functioning of the tools and applications made available
Monitor performance indicators performance across the entire territory

Design activity dashboards
Ensure the achievement of business objectives
Consolidate results, analyze gaps and make possible corrections
Ensure the production of reports

 

 

Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports and statistics linked to performance and activity monitoring
Historicize monitoring reports and archive them Qualifications Training: BAC+3 Management/Commerce/IT Experience: 2 years in the commercial field Main location: CM-Cameroun Job: Client Organization: Orange Cameroun : Permanent contract : Permanent
