Allianz Cameroon Recruits as part of its activities 01 Bancassurance Network Animator M / F

 

 

 

ASSIGNMENTS

• Training of bank branch staff in your network
• Emulation of the sales force to the multi-equipment of their portfolio in bancassurance products
• Assistance and coaching of the sales force during prospecting with banking customers
• Commercial animation necessary for sales challenges and new product launches
• Reporting of the production of bank branch sales representatives. Support for complaints and various requests from customers.
• Competitive intelligence through the detection and counter – offensive of offers from third-party companies in their agency networks
• Implementation and execution of all other related activities at the request of the Bancassurance Department

 

 

 

PROFILE

• Minimum Bac + 3 training (in commerce and sales will be an asset)

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Good presentation
• High sense of communication and relationship
• Good negotiation and sales skills
• Be proactive, reactive, rigorous and disciplined Good sense of organization and methodical.
• Disposition to mobility

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of office tools, in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• An experience of at least 2 years in the insurance sector will be an undeniable asset Bilingualism F / A will be a plus
