Job offer: Butler

For the opening on November 10th of our restaurant in Bastos, we are looking for an experienced butler/manager (a minimum of 5 years’ experience is required) and graduated/trained in the field of catering and able to speak English.

MAIN MISSIONS 

• • Organize a staff schedule
  • Record reservations and update the occupancy plan of tables, restaurant rooms
  • Greet the customer upon arrival at the restaurant, sit him at a table and present him with the card

• Advise the customer in his choice of dishes according to his tastes, the suggestions of the day and take his order
• Organize and control the service in the dining room (setting tables, room-kitchen link, …)
• Daily monitoring of activity, sales…
• Responsible for inventory management and monthly inventory (of materials and products), invoice entry and overhead tracking
• Ensure compliance with the rules of quality, hygiene and safety.

PROFILE

• Graduate in hotel and restaurant
• Proven experience of 5 years in a similar position with strong skills in management, management and team animation.
• Dynamic, motivated, team spirit and rigor.
