A French academic institution with campuses located in Cameroon is looking for services: A Communication Manager based in Douala .

MISSIONS AND TASKS

The communications manager will be responsible for:

To develop and implement the communication strategy on all the company’s communication media and social media to attract and retain customers.
To participate in the development of the web communication strategy;
To create content;

To put editorial content online;
To create and animate the community;
To monitor e-reputation.

The tasks will consist of:

Define weekly action plans in line with the commercial strategy
Set objectives and monitor the results of different actions or campaigns
Analyze the results of communication actions and their commercial impact
Ensure important monitoring of social networks, competition, Internet user trends
Produce or have produced the materials and update them: writings, photos, product sheets, catalogs, films, press kits, advertising campaign, etc.
Inform and train the marketing team as well as sales representatives and community managers
Animate the various social media of the institute in order to improve its notoriety
Coordinate the evolution of the showroom and the corresponding activities: visits, photos, etc.

REQUIRED PROFILE

Bac +3 minimum in communication, marketing or any other related training;
Minimum two (02) years’ experience in implementing and executing a communications strategy;
Good knowledge of selling services would be an asset;
Mastery of IT tools (Office Pack);
Be social with good interpersonal skills;
Master the right language adapted to digital communication;
Be able to adapt to the ethics and values of the company.
