CAMERHOUSE
DESCRIPTION Camerhouse is a firm incorporated as an SCI (Société civile immobilière) according to Cameroonian legislation. Its mission is to offer residential construction and real estate development solutions for a majority diaspora clientele.

As a works controller, you will be responsible for monitoring construction sites and the proper execution of
works by the various trades.

• Preparation in connection with subcontractors for the start-up of construction sites
• Verification of the estimates and specifications of the phasing of the work
• Drafting of contracts for works
• Development of implementation plans
• Day-to-day operational monitoring and logistics of construction sites
• Ensure the conformity of the work undertaken by the various trades
• Ensure compliance with the work schedule
• Supervise the work of partners and subcontractors working on the various sites
• Regularly report
• Design of structural plans and sizing of buildings in conjunction with the architect
• Coordination of the preparation of APD technical files for construction projects

Computer literacy:

• Office software: MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
• Drawing software: Autocad, Autodesk Suite (Plan Production and Structural Analysis) ROBOT, REVIT, LUMION (3D Image and Video Production)

Academic Requirements:
