Job offer: Cooks needed – Freshbag Cooperative Monthly salary: 60,000 – 80,000

To ensure the production activities of its fast food outlets, the
Freshbag cooperative is recruiting Cooks.

The main missions:
– Participate in the control and storage of goods upon delivery;
– Preparation of the ingredients necessary for the preparation of the menu;
– Prepare and serve the menus in accordance with the deadlines

– Respect the technical sheets in the proper execution of culinary preparations;
– Ensure the maintenance of the kitchen and equipment;
– Scrupulously respect the rules of hygiene and safety;
– Make commercial animation

The desired profile:

– Be under the age of 35;
– Residing in the city of Yaoundé or the district of Yaoundé 6 would be an advantage;
– Have proven experience in the catering industry.

Skills and qualities required:

– Rigorous, Organized, sense of detail and quality, like teamwork, availability,
punctuality, honesty, be of good character;
– Knowing how to use the equipment and the various kitchen utensils correctly;
– Mastering the cold chain and methods of preserving food products;
– Know the packaging, cleaning and disinfection procedures;
– Know and respect the rules of hygiene and food safety.

Working hours: Monday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Monthly salary: 60,000 – 80,000
