COMPANY DESCRIPTION

Camerhouse is a firm incorporated as an SCI (Société civile immobilière) according to Cameroonian legislation.It aims to offer residential construction and real estate development solutions for a majority diaspora clientele.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will support the Branch exclusively in its functions of supervising field operations and various administrative tasks. You will assist clients in setting up their financing application files from Crédit Foncier du Cameroun. You will also have to establish and maintain personalized and quality business relationships with customers, partners and suppliers.

  • Administratively assist the general management
  • Drafting of quarterly activity reports
  • Support of personnel files, subcontractors and clients (Opening of files, reports, information)
  • Produce and analyze various reports, compile and prepare data
  • Ensure the compliance of funding files and required documents before transmission to the EFA
  • Provide customer service, (Respond to requests, solve problems)
  • IT Data Management (Dropbox Archiving)
  • Make calls, research on different projects and topics to find the best suppliers, the best prices, the best places;
  • Perform various administrative office tasks (filing and follow-ups, etc.)
  • Coordinate the preparation, production and presentation of administrative documents
  • Prepare agendas and arrange for meetings and follow up;
  • Create, coordinate and enforce procedures, rules to staff as directed
