SKILLS
Operations Manager in the central kitchen. Under the responsibility of the head chef, the chef de partie is an experienced cook who leads a team of cooks dedicated to a specific area such as meat, fish, vegetables or even cold dishes.
- He is the leader of his team. Kitchen Supervisor plans and directs activities related to the preparation and central kitchen.

Professional experience :
- 3 to 5 years in this poster or a similar poster preferably, central kitchen, bar-restaurant,

- Preparation of staff meals.

- Organize and control the work of kitchen clerks and apprentices.
