The Atlantic Bank of Cameroon is looking for the needs of its services 01 Head of Section Treasury Operations.

Main mission:  Supervise the Bank’s treasury operations in accordance with the regulations in force and procedures.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

Centralization and control of documents concerning treasury operations

• Validate foreign exchange transactions (currency purchases and sales);
• Validate interbank loan and borrowing operations;
• Control and validate funding requests from the BEAC.

Control of trading activity

• Ensure the processing of complaints and anomalies;
•  Ensure compliance with banking transaction processing times;
• Make periodic reporting to the hierarchy;
•  Ensure 1st level internal control of its activities in accordance with the Bank’s rules (control points);
•  Ensure security and maintenance of order in the preservation of documents;
•  Ensure the flow of information to ensure business continuity;
• Participate in department meetings as required.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

•  Minimum BAC + 4/5 in Banking and Finance, Accounting and Management or any related discipline;
•  Justify a professional experience of at least 2 years in the function.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Know

• Good knowledge of the economic and financial environment,
• Good knowledge of banking businesses / products / services;
•  Good knowledge of banking regulations and best practices

Expertise

• Good knowledge of CEMAC exchange regulations
• Use of the office suite (Microsoft Office Pack);

Know-how

• Team management
• Very good organization
• Ability to work under pressure
• Rigueur
• Integrity, discretion and confidentiality.
• Analytical mind
