Hotel/Restaurant Waiter F/M

Assignment

You will ensure the set-up and service in the hotel’s restaurant room. You welcome and serve customers. You are responsible for the quality of service, the image of the restaurant and the LA PRINCIPAUTÉ brand

Provide indoor catering service (cleaning the room and setting the tables, welcoming customers, taking orders, kitchen and dining room connection, serving dishes and drinks, collections and invoicing, cleaning and maintaining the room after the service )

Manage customer relations

 

 

 

Be versatile and collaborate with the entire restaurant and kitchen team

Profile

 

• You ideally have first experience in a similar position
• Excellent presentation and sense of customer relations
• Listening, organization and speed
• Team spirit, dynamism, will and versatility
