Job Offer: HR Assistant
Soyabeans Processing Industry of Cameroon (SOPROICAM) is looking for as part of its activities 01 HR Assistant
Main mission
Reporting to the HR Supervisor. He/she will be responsible for assisting the HR supervisor with:
- Administrative staff management
- Payroll preparation
- Implementation of HR projects
Knowledge and skills required
- Good knowledge of labor legislation
- Mastery of blade management.
- Writing professional reports.
- Mastery of ICT tools (MS Office, HR software, etc.)
- Excellent sense of organization
- Excellent communication skills
- Empathy and Compassion
- Negotiation
- Bac +2/3 in Human Resources or any related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience ideally
