HIERACHICAL ATTACHMENT GENERAL MANAGEMENT AND HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT
MISSIONS AND RESPONSIBILITY
Administrative management of personnel:
TYPE OF CONTRACT CDD
PLACE OF WORK YAOUNDE
Welcome new entrants, Assist in the preparation of variable payroll elements, management of pay slips, employment contracts, absences and leave, affiliations.
Internal communication:
Ensure the proper circulation of information within the company.
Recruitment management:
Support the HRD in defining the profiles to be recruited, Drafting job descriptions; Publication of announcements on specialized sites, social networks and internally; Reception and selection of applications; Ensure and support management in recruitment interviews and decision-making.
Career management:
Assist in the management of employees’ career paths by monitoring their development and planning their mobility.
SKILLS AND PERSONAL QUALITIES
Technical skills: knowledge of labor law and payroll; Mastery of office tools and payroll management software (Odoo and Sage).
Ability to process sensitive data with confidentiality and rigor;
Adaptability;
Writing skills;
Responsiveness and stress management;
Sense of listening and service;
Rigor, organization and autonomy;
Team spirit.

JOB PROFILE
Have a minimum of Bac+3 in Human Resources Management or any related field;
Have a minimum of 02 years of experience in the field;
Be at most 30 years old
