JOB OFFER: Manager of the nightclub/Cabaret Myht night club

Main mission :

The manager of the Mythe nightclub is in charge of the organization and management of the Mythe.

•  Responsible for reception and customer services.

•  Ensure the application of the Myth’s operating procedures.
•  Ensure customer satisfaction. Comfort, welcome, quality of services, everything is done to build customer loyalty;
• Manage the organization of staff assigned to the Myth (Waiters, DJ, Bartender)
• Guarantor of the proper application of regulations, service ethics, the quality of customer reception and the management of their requests so that they are satisfied; 
•  Implement the organization of operations (schedules, reception of the public, use of equipment, etc.)
•  Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures and their applications in his department!
• Propose to the General Management, the commercial development strategies of its business unit; including communication, customer research, theme nights, artistic programming.

Diploma and level of education  :

•  BTS management in hospitality and catering; Bac +3 Tourism and hotel management
• 03 years of experience.
• Fluency in the English language is a plus.
