Candidate profile
• Be a Man or a Woman;
• Hold a BAC’F3/4 level in insurance / Law I or any other equivalent diploma;
• Knowledge of Insurance Techniques;
• Knowledge of the market and insurance products;
• Have at least 05 years as a personal injury claims manager in an insurance company;
• Creative analytical/relational spirit, Customer Orientation Organization/Rigour
• Mastery of IT tools in World and Excel,
• Good physical health, good presentation and ability to work under stress.

Missions of the position:
in accordance with the provisions of article 231 of the CIMA code; • Coordinate and plan all activities of the bodily injury claims unit in order to better inform the head of the claims department and the General Management of the management and monitoring of bodily injury claims;

• Ensure compliance with the compensation scale for bodily injury claims and establish a monthly report for monitoring and processing bodily injury claims;
• Establish a quarterly report of the inventory of bodily injury claims;
• Approve and evaluate service providers (expert doctor: investigators, etc.) in order to ensure the quality of the services offered and the satisfaction of our policyholders;
• Ensure amicable settlement of personal injury claims within legal deadlines in order to avoid disputes and payment delays penalized by the CIMA’ legislator,

• Work in close collaboration with the legal manager and our lawyers to settle amicably, as far as possible, all pre-litigation and] or litigation files in order to avoid orders to pay or even abusive seizures of the company’s accounts •
Participate studies and actions required by the QMS to enable the company to maintain its ISO certification.
