Les Confiotes is the oldest brand of syrups and liqueurs Made in Cameroon (1991). On behalf of our activities, we are currently looking for an operations assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Tasks relating to the position will be of two natures: accounting and operations management.
On the accounting side, he/she must:
– Note all production inputs and outputs a>- Good organizational skillsNote: Since we are a small team, we will only be able to respond to selected applications..lesconfiotes@lesconfiotes.comTo apply, send your CV and your cover letter to the address – Comfort with IT tools, as well as Word and Excel software- Proactivity- Experience in food production- Knowledge of accounting and/or logistics would be an asset.- Minimum BAC+2Profile sought:– Communicate with customers, regarding our after-service sales and our service offers to CHR (Cafes, Hotels, Restaurants)- Implement procedures (bottling, labeling, production of syrups and liqueurs) and ensure their compliance.- Manage the delivery of inputs – Assist the Operations Manager in monitoring production will:it /sheIn terms of operations management, – Take monthly inventory of products in the workshop- Record sales in planned invoices for this purpose- Record expenses and cash flow
– Note all cash transactions relating to Confiotes
