I- JOB DESCRIPTION

Under the direct responsibility of the Director of Studies and Research, university lecturer will have the following missions: to ensure the traditional missions assigned to higher education teachers by CAMES. To this end, it will mainly carry out teaching, research and scientific promotion activities within the Institute to contribute to the supervision of the students of the Institute both during the period of teaching and for the period of internships to contribute to the collective life of the Institute to carry out any directive given by the Director of Studies and Research as part of the academic management activities of the Institute

II- PROFILE AND TRAINING
Candidates must

• Hold a doctorate or a PhD in law, for at least two (02) years at the date of launch of this recruitment notice
• Have already worked as a teacher at a recognized university
• Have a good mastery of the computer tool
• Be able to work in a team and under pressure

III- APPLICATION
CONDITIONS The conditions of application are as follows:

• Be a national of a Member State of the Institute
• Be at most 40 years old at the deadline for admissibility of files at INA level
• Demonstrate good moral integrity and physical fitness
• Justify academic requirements

IV- COMPOSITION OF THE FILE
The application file must include the following documents:

• A reasoned request addressed to the Director General of the International Insurance Institute
• A certified birth certificate less than three (03) months old
• A certificate of nationality
• A medical certificate less than three (03) months old and established by a doctor in the public health sector
• A certificate of work as a teacher
• An extract from bulletin No. 3 of the criminal record less than three (03) months old
• Certified true copies of all diplomas obtained from the baccalaureate or GCE Advanced Level
• A copy of the doctoral thesis or PhD (in digital version)
• Copies of articles or prints apart from any publications, if applicable
• A detailed and signed curriculum vitae
• Two (02) passport size photos
• Certificates of employment
• A copy of the National Disability Card for Persons with Disabilities

V- REMUNERATION
The successful candidate will be employed in the category of permanent teachers of TIIA and will be ranked according to the nomenclature of the salary scale applicable to permanent teaching staff of A

VI- RECRUITMENT PROCEDURES

Shortlisted candidates will undergo a test in Yaoundé. For this purpose, the tickets will be made available to them on the itinerary country of origin -Yaoundé-country of origin, with coverage of accommodation costs. The definitively selected candidate will be subject to a probationary period of one academic year at the end of which he will be integrated into the statutory framework of the Institute’s staff.
