GOLF OF GUINEA ENGINEERING limited liability company created in 2012, specialized in Civil Engineering and Metal Construction with diversified activities in particular in boilermaking, metal framework and plant installation; is looking for the needs of its services in the city of Douala for candidates for the position of PIPING MANUFACTURER .
Attached to the Technical department, you will be in charge of:

 

 

 

 

 

Duties:

• Prepare the manufacture of piping elements (flow, flame cutting, bending)
• Cut and adjust tubes;
• Prefabricated and assemble piping lines according to different processes;
• Assemble the pipes by bolting, pointing or screwing;
• Drill the floor or partitions to make a passage for the piping;
• Perform the cutting of pipes with a chainsaw, stripping and positioning of parts;
• Perform torch welding and assembly of pipes with valves, elbows, flanges;
• Carry out assembly in compliance with quality, safety and environmental requirements
• Perform first level preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment.

 

 

 

 

 

 

PROFILE

• Hold a diploma in welding or a BAC BTMF / CM minimum;
• Have two years of experience as a pipefitter;
• Master the reading of plans, technical mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and
• Master the techniques: assembly, bolting, cutting, grinding, bending, welding, tracing, dimensional readings;
• Master the use of tools such as: plumb line, surveyors’ glasses, rulers, bender, flame cutter, chainsaw, grinder, saw, torch, bevel, hoists;
• Be autonomous and rigorous in order to meet the quality requirements of our customers.
