Job title: PROJECT MANAGER OFFICER (PMO)

MISSIONS

AIR+ is a major digital transformation program involving a new IT strategy and significant changes in: infrastructure, workspace, security, mobility as well as IT solutions (including migration to a new banking system).

Under the responsibility of the General Management of the subsidiary, you will support and be involved in the implementation of the program in close collaboration with the team dedicated to the Project.

What will be your missions?

•  Ensure the proper planning and holding of the Air+ committees and the follow-up of the action plan resulting from this committee;
•  Supervise the delivery of activities related to the Air + project in accordance with the specifications;
•  Manage and ensure delivery of the local test plan, organizational and execution tests, and local failover;
•  Organize sessions to effectively solve problems and federate local teams;
•  Manage local logistics allowing the program to progress.
•  Participate in the coordination of functional developments and tests in computer systems;
•  Participate in change management with users;
•  Carry out permanent reports to the General Management on the progress of the Air+ project as well as the budget allocated to it;
•  Monitor any risks related to the project and ensure the quality component of the Air + project.

PROFILE
Competencies and Qualifications:
Competencies

•  Good project management skills;
•  Good analytical and synthesis skills;
•  Mastery of computer software (word processors, spreadsheet, presentation…);
•  Competence in conceptualization and modeling of Information Systems;
•  A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute-PMI) is an asset.
•  Good knowledge of English and French (oral and written);

Qualifications:

•  Sense of organization and communication;
•  Have the skills of transmission;
•  Have leadership and team spirit;
•  Have good interpersonal skills;
•  Ability to work under pressure required;
•  Be proactive.

Required profile:

•  Level of study: Bac + 4; Experience in microfinance would be an asset;
•  Experience: Minimum 02 years of experience including internships, especially in digital project management;
•  Experience in the implementation of an IT solution project and familiarization with terms “Functional design, test plan, transition… ” is required;
•  Have already participated end-to-end in the deployment of an IT solution;
